Here are the cabinet cards I altered for a swap I am in. I don't think of it as destroying the card I think of it as bringing it back to life! They sit in Antique shops in dirty old boxes gathering dust when they could be altered and made beautiful again! :-) I don't think I have ever seen one where the person is smiling. I wonder why?

These cards are beautiful and colorful. I have seen photo cards, but never heard of the term "cabinet cards" - how big are they?
