I saw this,

On someone's blog awhile back. I just can't remember who's. I wanted to see if I could do it. I can't figure out why everything I try to sketch is crooked. Everything slants to the left. Is it the way I hold the book? The pencil? My eyes? My brain?

It does seem like your lines are slanted a bit. BUT, I don't think anyone can draw perfectly straight lines. That is what a ruler is for. That said, I think that with practice you will be able to learn to compensate for the slant.

Your lines aren't ALWAYS slanted (e.g. the playground images)... so there must have been something with this one... how you were sitting? how you were holding the pen/pencil? I need to be able to move my whole arm and shoulder or else my body gets in my way!
